I'm taking most of my projects down due to the fact that, in the TOS, Scratch has no rules against other users running works through AI and does not actually protect people's wishes against such(further still, Scratch team is legally allowed to use your project for AI training). I was reading through TOS again because I remember the TOS change post a while back but couldn't't remember what was changed. I will almost exclusively keep up projects that I created with the intent of free usage, advertising, communication, temporary display, or topics I feel should be addressed. Everything else will be moved elsewhere. I will still be active in terms of communicaton, play testing, advertisment of games, and sharing engines I intend to be free-use(see project titled Circular HP Print). I do not support generative AI in any way, nor will I allow my works of art, writing, or other such creations to be run through AI. Remixes I have made will mostly stay up unless the original creator asks that I take it down for any reason. This is also so that I may retain the legal extent of my intellectual property over my drawings, sprites, and other such things and be able to more easily prevent it from being run through AI.
For anyone wondering, I will let you all know when I find out the main place I will be posting lore, art, games, and other such a things I am removing when I figure it out.
