The Chilean Economy, projected to become the strongest free market in south america if current growth margins are retained, is going to be difficult to manage, and so president Carabiño has enacted a plan to use latent green energy potential, particularly in southern offshore windfarms and possibly solar power in the Atacama, to provide jobs and encourage investors. Mainly, profits gained from the Magellan will be funneled into erecting wind turbines along the northern coast of the Magellan region (distinct from the straight) and promoting a transition into renewable energy, following global trends. These farms will be owned y a state run enterprise to make sure adequate worker's rights are enforced and corruption is kept low.
