Day 13: Death: A little character of mine named Orchidback. She's a medicine cat who drowned in a lake while on the run. She tried to swim across but the current was too strong and the water was very cold. In this piece, she is can see her daughter (the reason she was on the run, her clan had killed her daughter a couple of moons ago) waiting for her on the other side in starclan, but she is sad to leave her life, no matter how hard it was, behind.
to @_-Clover and the guest critiques (if you end up choosing this to critique) can you give me tips on shading and value? I feel like I got the proportions down but I'm having a little trouble with shading and values! And if you have any tips on underwater shading tell me pls!
