~Millie The Witch~ Say hi to Millie! She’s a kind, magical witch. Do you have any Halloween wishes? Tell them to Millie and she will put it into her magical orb. Once it dissolves, you will the granted you wish! But be careful, don’t be rude or greedy! Arghh, this took me one freaking hour to draw, and it is also hand-drawn, hopefully it looks okay… My first art piece! Yipeee! Should I change Millie’s outfit when it is Christmas?
Yes, yes, it looks really ugly, especially the witch hat. Update Log: V1: Millie Out! Original Version. V1.1: Added ears, a nose, eyebrows, a bracelet, earrings and midis for Millie.
