[PeppaTale] Omega/Photoshop Mr. Dinosaur sprite

Instructions

there you go, a base where you can make yourself, an omega OC I made Omega Mr Dinosaur because, in Peppatale, I don't see Mr Dinosaur's omega form, and uwa la, I got the idea to create it to see how it looks. And because Mr Dinosaur takes Flowey's role in this AU, but in my take, Evie Pig is Flowey.
