Uh so I'm writing another book! ^^ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's a snippet from the first chapter! Let me know what you think and it you want more! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jasper and River rush out the door, not wanting to anger her further. She smirks to herself, feeling a sense of smugness that she got away with it. River stomps along as they walk to the bus stop, grumbling to himself. He shoots a glare, and just so happens to step on Jasper’s shoe. “Nice try,” she says, hooking an arm around River and pulling him into a playful headlock, ruffling his ginger curls, “that didn’t hurt me, Squirt.” River struggles, letting out a groan. “Jasper! Let me go!” He whined, grabbing at her arms, but he had a grin on his face. As she held her brother there, she suddenly had a flash of red in her mind. Her arms instinctively tightened around River, her grip shifting from playful to more of a hostile grip. “H-hey!” River yelps, now genuinely trying to get out, “Jasper that hurts!” He cries, desperately trying to pull her arms off of him. Jaspers eyes darken, pulling him closer, tightening her arms until- “Jasper! Hey!” It was Sage.
