{ Hello! I go by Car, my user is @Bored-prob-change, and my pronouns are she/her! }{ My application is for the wonderfully adorable Cracklekit!!! }{ This application is partially to help me develop more unique personalities in my characters, plus this adorable goober just absolutely tackled me- }{ Methodical (+), Thoughtful (+), Altruistic(?) (Read detailed) (+), Stubborn (=), Rule-Oriented (=), Perfectionist (=), Inflexible (-), High Standards (-), Confrontational (-) }{ N/A }{ OKAY LET'S GOOO!!! Okay, first off ig deep dive into what I mean with all traits? So first off, methodical! Cracklekit tends to make a sort of mental checklist, with everything he wants to do! (in order, of course) He's always thinking about what he wants to be able to do and accomplish in a day, as even though he's a kit, great cats don't come out of nowhere!!! And so, like I said, he tends to keep a little mental list of daily goals, like asking warriors and apprentices to show him a hunting stance or battle move (mostly battle moves), climbing, racing other kits, hide-and-seek, etc, etc, etc (and yes, he takes it all very very seriously, goofy little baby acting all grown up). Next off, thoughtful! This little goober unfortunately isn't the best at picking up social cues and such, so when he does get hit over the head with something, he tends to put a lot of thought into making sure it counts! So, if you're friends with him and mention loving something, or enjoying this, or being interested in that, expect him to remember and try and reciprocate! In this way, his love language also tends to be gifting things to others, unless they verbally say otherwise (again, hit him over the head). Final big positive trait, and well... I put altruistic as that was the closest thing that came up, but a better way to say it is that he always tries to help his friends do their best. He'll check up on them, keep them focused on training/duties/whatever they're supposed to be doing, and will always be the first to offer a helping hand if they're in need of anything. Next up, neutral traits! First, stubborn! Once this boyo has accepted something,he doesn't change his mind easily! This doesn't really need much explaining, but I am CACKLING imagining him accepting something really unhealthy (like, oh I dunno, that rules should be followed absolutely >:3) and then just doing the incredibly unhealthy thing of pushing it on everyone else around him!!! I GUESS there's also the chance he could actually get NORMAL, HEALTHY, stuff, and be a force of good, but that's BORING/silly. Not much more to elaborate for that, so onto rule-oriented! Again, tough name, better way to describe this would probably be 'lawful' alignment to the max. Cracklekit trusts the rules completely, and thrives in environments with strict guidelines. While he can do well in environments without such, he struggles with knowing what to do and how to best accomplish such, so in this situation he tends to make a set of rules for himself. After all, rules are made for a reason! Next off, perfectionism! Not much to explain here, Cracklekit just holds himself to extremely high standards, wanting to master everything he does, and will keep trying to do something until it's perfect. He hates the thought of leaving something alone, and if prevented from doing so, it'll take up his thoughts until he does so. NOW NEGATIVE TRAITS >:3!!! First, inflexible. This one is kind of related to stubborn, in that Cracklekit does not change his mind easily. However, this is less about him being slow to change his mind and more that until he completely changes his mind, he will continue doing exactly what he was doing until he completely changes his mind, and even then, it will likely take him a while to fully change any behavior due to whatever he changed his mind over. (ex: him staying up later than most of the cats in the clan to train, eventually convinced that that's unhealthy, stops training but still takes a while to go to sleep at a reasonable hour and takes a while to stop him from waking up super early because he's used to getting much less sleep) High standards! Like inflexible, this one is kind of related to 'altruistic', in that while Cracklekit will do his best to support his friends, he also holds them to the same standards that he holds himself to, aka perfection (as well as those he doesn't know, but minus the support). If they don't meet those standards, then he will either attempt to assist them until they meet those standards, or if they seem to not care, stop the friendship. +
+ FINALLY: Confrontational! This one doesn't really tie into the others I guess, more just says that he's a extrovert/loud introvert (does that exist? Idk he kind of feels like he would appreciate his alone time while simultaneously yelling at a friend across the camp for cheating in a game.) But ANYWAYS, confrontational. Cracklekit tends to be aggressive when it comes to arguments and miscommunication, usually because of his inflexibility, (oh hey this does connect to the others!) and because of his nature of strictly following the rules, he tends to believe that he is absolutely right. Combine his stubbornness and inflexibility, arguments tend to lead Cracklekit into saying things that he shouldn't, making such arguments bad occasions for everyone involved. (No I did not Google what exactly confrontational meant in the middle of this no-) }{ Whichever clan gives him juicer trauma? Idk, I would prefer mossclan because it'd be easier to write, but urchinclan would probably be juicer for his overall character, given that while he trusts the rules completely, he still has a good heart. }{ Let's see... Xenicawing, Robinflight, Sunflowerpaw, Chompkit, think that's it??? }{ imagine trying to make a character completely different from you but then they just end up sharing major similarities with you anyways :/ Hmmm maybe I'll add a drawing later teeny edit: ended up doodling crackle to try and make him in my style, too tired to stress over how it looks Music is Obedience from Twisted Wonderland
