My manager status was removed since i wasn’t “doing enough things”. I remind everyone that it was my first week as manager and i was at school and a competition. I used this project (which i voided) and they said that if i tolf them what they did wrong and how to improve i would be re-promoted. I wrote over ONE THOUSAND characters just explaining how he can improve and guess what? No rpomotion.
