Hey guys, long time no see.. jk, jk. I was selected to work for HP this month, so, obvi i was gonna start updating! I arrived at the barn, and immedeately headed to Buddy's pasture, to meet and catch him. I walked up to him, and he did the same, and sniffed my hand. I walked into the pasture and slipped on his halter, and clipped on a lead rope. We walked around a little, so i could see the property some more. Once we got into the barn, we headed to the wash bay, and I pulled out my brushes. I first used a curry comb to take out the big clumps of dirt and dust, making small circles around his flacs, rump, and neck, not doing legs, face, or anywhere sensitive. Next, I went it with my dandy brush, to take out more dirt, and dust. Buddy's coat was already looking much better at this point, and he was being patient enough. I then started brushing him with a body brush, to really make his coat shine. He started getting a little antsy at this point, but I was able to bribe him with half a treat i found in my pocket (guys its was from before, its not rotten). After that, I brushed his face, and he was a little nervous about it, but with some pets and soft words, he gave in, and actually enjoyed it quite a bit! Second to last, I brushed his mane and tail till they shone, and all the hay was out. Lastly (not shown since I don’t have the right pose), I picked out the dirt and rocks from his hooves. I brought him back to his pasture, and brought him started rolling 5 mins later…
