The Federated States of Micronesia has capitulated to the Krabian State of Bikini Bottom. After the region was stabilized, Mr. Krabs officially declared the war won. Through the S.S. Cheapskate, accompanied by Skyboats, KAAs and bodyguards, Mr. Krabs visited Palikir to see the locals and visit the Micronesian leader. On October 15 of 2039, the Treaty of Palikir was signed by both parties, ceasing the state of conflict between our two nations. This would: 1. Cede all Micronesian territory, including the transfer of 600+ islands, atolls, cities, EEZs, states, and others to Bikini Bottom. 2. Dissolve the presidential and legislative bodies in Palikir and put all territories under the control of the Krabian government. 3. Officially incorporate Micronesian economy into Bottomite economy, including GDP, production, currency and others. 4. Give all inhabitants Bottomite citizenship. 5. Guarantee preservation of indigenous lands and culture. 6. Give amnesty for non-violent resistance and give severance to Micronesian leaders. 7. Connection of Bottomite Pacific undersea fiber cables, including HANTRU-1, to power infrastructure. 8. Establish Krusty Krab locations with localized food options for Micronesian inhabitants. 9. Make Bikini Bottom pay any war losses (which, to be fair, most losses were Bottomite and not Micronesian). 10. Fund the upgrade of Micronesian infrastructure, by giving staff to understaffed locations, providing higher quality services for all citizens (like clean water, good education or hospitals), providing better style of living, funding public services, and other things (which will be explained in a future project).
