"The others don't need or have to know. I got this." --- I tugged my wings tight. I forgot how timid I could be sometimes. That's odd. I rarely feel this. Ever since this stupid daycare shut down, it's be lonely. Quiet. I've rarely communicated with the rest, n-not that I don't care. I stand up from my bed. Leave my room. Maybe it's time to make an improvement. I'm pretty sure Seren or Ano is awake in the morning. I don't talk to Tomo much, same for Porter or Kishi. I look forward to Rainey with her shop, though she seems more of an introverted person. Time to interact with her is somewhat INEVITABLE. It sucks. But, that's honestly just what we mascots are. Right? That's a question, I've been asking most recently. And I can't seem to answer t- "Hello, Lotus!!" .. Tomo? I didn't know SHE'D be the one awake right now. It's like, what, 4am? Whatever. "Hi Tomo!!.. You're up early!" I replied, Tomo's smile just lights up the room. Dang.. Good for her honestly. Things aren't going well for Ano though. Oh well. "So, are you here to?.." Tomo asked. "Oh no, no!! I just wanted to meet you guys, but I guess you're here.. I was, not expecting that, I'll be honest." "That's fine! I get it alot. Well, I'll see you around!! Bye Lotus!", she exclaimed. Huh. That was the first conversation I've had in awhile. A proper one to be exact. It felt.. Nice. I can do this more often.. Why wasn't this an early option? I looked outside, I saw snowflakes falling down slowly. Winter.. Seeing those small, white particles seems.. Peaceful. Others may dislike this but, I honestly enjoy this season. It reminds of something. Someone.. Someone?.. My gosh. There's so many people I rarely interact with. You can't just focus on one person, come on Lotus!! .. Everyone has their own, friend. Or what do you call it? 'Partner'? I mean.. Kishi and Icicle.. And Rainey.. Again.. What happened between them? I wasn't active. I like to keep a low profile sometimes. I wish I could've been there for, whatever reason happened that their friendship ended. 4:48AM.. Minutes has passed.. Only minutes.. I must be having a stroke some sort.. Time passes so slowly. Yet, it moves on so quick. All these thoughts I.. It was, everything was fine back then. You're still fine now. Just keep it in. It's not that hard. Yeah, see? You.. You got this. --- END OF CHAPTER 2!!!! (Author notes below ^^) ... this is actually so short what the heck Wow hi guys, I'm gonna introduce myself since the others did too, it's me, uh Latte!! Wooo.. This isnt the best chapter or presentation you'll be getting from me, take notes: I SUCK at writing stories. But mm, yea, I'm looking forward to how this will go and uh, I'll see your chapters in a bit guys!! (Also, I was hoping if Lotus and Rainey can have a platonic relationship?,, Heh 0v0..)
