These Militias, these Left Wing dissidents, they must all be destroyed! The Governor Deploys the Police and the National Guard to the streets, City Police forces with Liberal Staffs and Chiefs are closed down, replaced by National Guard Offices where they can work from. Loyal Police Agencies stay in control of their districts and are ordered to keep an eye out. Shoot on Sight orders are given more any suspected hostile Militias from this "Southern league" or whatever else. As for the Left wingers, they are to be imprisoned and only more if they resist. Nothing will get in the way of Arkansas becoming great, we will ensure that is the case. The National Guard is labeled as patrolling indefinitely, or until the threat is eliminated. Whatever that means to the average citizen, they don't know.
