Is across the street from the old Scratch Street, North Backdrop location, was opened 1986, closed 1987 due to someone getting shot and killed, but this location could reopen due to it making money. a man in an Oscar suit was outside during the grand opening, and this is the first grand opening because the locals did not like the old one across the street. was the 8th to open.
