This project is an experimental real-time raster video renderer implemented entirely within Scratch 3.0 via the Pen extension, capable of streaming arbitrary user-provided video clips without using costumes. How to Play Custom Video Streams: Open the preprocessor web tool: https://eze-as.github.io/scratch-video-converter/ Upload any local video file (.mp4, .webm). Clips between 5 and 20 seconds are recommended for optimal memory efficiency. Click "Process Video with Delta" to perform color quantization and delta stream generation. Click "Copy Code" to transfer the payload to your clipboard. In this Scratch project, click the Green Flag. Press the Space Key Paste the copied payload into the text input prompt (Ctrl + V or Cmd + V) and submit (Enter). Performance Recommendation: Enable Turbo Mode (Shift + click the Green Flag) to maximize interpreter throughput and sustain stable playback.
