RENIE Lore: Renie is a manifestation of Chaos that has existed since ancient times, fooling multiple beings in positions of power in order for them to do his bidding. He had done that in countless ways, some with his "master" being the one to make the dangerous wishes or, in case of a benevolent person, by manipulating him or by twisting his wishes ( monkey's paw-style or even NOVA-like ). After eons had passed, an unknown person decided to create an artifact to seal Renie, which ended up being his lamp. The sealing managed to work out properly, but after more time of him being sealed, he started to manipulate the lamp by himself, making it an even more useful tool for deception. Thus, he still managed to fool some more beings, painting himself like the one to solve all their problems, but only really wants to see everything unfold, as the Cosmos is his playground. Powers: He's a genie, which means that he's basically omnipotent to an extent, being able to grant virtually any wish, break the fourth wall, immortality, etc. His combat feats can only be found when someone wishes Renie to do something that can be related to it, even though he also revives the ones he likes to keep as "toys". These feats are done by his "Shogun" Form, which can be immense ( like slicing planets and galaxies apart ). His lamp is a pocket dimension, also.
If you want, you can also rate Marghab separately in terms of power ( or in general if it can be allowed ). I just wanted to put him with Renie since they complement eachother. It also can change Meteodra's power if it fits more for this lore. MARGHAB: Lore: After Necron got excommunicated from the Balance Church for commiting countless sins, his powers previously granted by Meteo, were taken away, leaving him as a powerless skeleton. That was until Renie approached him. They both came into an agreement and Necron wished for two things ( Renie doesn't really have a wish limit. Take that other genies ). First, to become as strong as Renie himself, and then to fuse with Renie, essentially creating a new being who has both of their main features (making him chaotically evil, as shown in the other projects ) and has what essentially is Renie's power squared. When Meteodra noticed Marghab's presence, he immediately started hunting him down, with Marghab cowardly teleporting himself outside of Apex Statera in order for him to not be consumed by Meteo. (this explains the lack of Necrons in Apex Statera ). He created, with this power, a "micro-existence" which is similar to Renie's pocket dimension, only that it's an actual "quasi-infinite" realm outside of a contained space. Marghab has, after that, made it so that Renie and Necron always find eachother in different planes of existence in order to make Marghab himself more powerful by assimilating the different iterations of himself. ( every time Marghab is created in an universe, the original grows more powerful. ). Meanwhile he tries to keep himself hidden from Meteodra in order to not be consumed by him ( something that happened to other beings who controlled parallel universes/timelines. ).
