The Utopian Chicago was a failed attempt by Utopian to make an American-style car in the 1970s. Produced from 1974-1980 (though only 1 was ever built in 1980), it never became popular as it was too large for the booming city car market, meaning that it was not a bad car, but it came at a bad time.
