"Fight with your heart!" --- Artificial light beams into my room, I give a big yawn and stretch. I then check the time. GEE! Eight am!? How could I wake up so latteeee! Silly silly Seren.. I quickly pick up my crown and adjust my mask before fixing up my scarf and grin ear to ear, striding pridefully out my room before closing the door behind me --- "Good morning Mioski Daycare you beautiful place!" I practically yell out at to before stretching my arms and letting my cape flow elegantly behind me as I proudly march off, stopping to look around, a soft smile on my face. Today, today was going to be a good day. ... I allow myself to go on a quick walk around before seeing how I can assist anyone, any friends, fellow mascots, anyone at all! I mean a guy's gotta be useful, yeah? I inhale as I stop, pausing when I see Kishi adjusting up his sword, I stop to turn to him and give him a smile, a nod, something simple of acknowledgement for any of my good ol' friends. People always tended to change their composure when in the presence of mains, while I never fully got the concept, believing no one should be seen as higher nor lower, I played along anyways, as long as I wasn't hurting anyone. ... I let out a soft hum as I glanced over at Kishi's direction, my eyes moving towards Icicle, again with gleam in another's eyes, as if I or Ano were higher than anyone else here, I frowned ever so slightly before quickly regaining my composure, I paused and turn to see Ano shyly holding his scarf besides be as he awkwardly waves to the other mascots, I smiled slightly, he was always so shy, but he had an amazing personality if you got to know him. He was a fellow main, just like me, yet despite that, we were so different, I was loud, sometimes too loud, bold even, very energetic, while Ano, calm sweet Ano always kept his composure, or maybe that was just him being shy, despite him being one of my best friends I have never given myself the time to really ask him about it. ... On terms of friendships,,! I have a lot of good ones! For one, aside from Ano,, my good friend Podzie! She's really a sweetheart that one, though I can't help but feel sympathy for her, she has lost a lot lately, even if she never told me, I could tell, I tend to notice a lot when people are going through something, I really just like being able to help, though, she seems to be settling in fine with Rainey and Porter mayhap, nonetheless I still cannot help but worry for her, it's just something I do as a friend. ... After having some good conversations with a few of the other mascots, I look to Porter who seems to be struggling to carry a few things, I tilt my head before smiling a bit, hurrah! A chance to be productive, I jog over before waving. "Hey hey Porter! Wait up I wanna help ya-" I see him stop in his tracks before he spares me a sideglance, I smile awkwardly before crouching down and picking up fallen envelopes before adjusting Porter's bag a bit before keeping some of the letters for myself to help deliver, he doesn't say anything but I know it certainly wasn't a no because he allowed me to help him anyway. ... I smile brightly before following him to where he delivers the mail, he takes the letters he took, placing it where it should be, then stopping to glance at Porter smiling sweetly. "Thanks for letting me help, y'know? I just hate feelin' useless around, heh y'know..?" Porter's expression seems un-amused, but I can hear a non upset verbal response, just somewhat, but nonetheless it was more than enough for me, I give a small pat on his shoulder before opening my mouth to speak, but pause, my eyes blur for a second before refocusing on something in the distance. ... "Huh...." I murmur before slowly stepping back then rubbing my eyes before laughing. "My mind's playing tricks on me, I ought to go to check on em,, hey, you can handle the rest of the letters, right Porter?" I don't even give Porter a chance to answer before quickly leaving, brushing my cape to ease the tension and concern in my face while I leave, hoping to aid them if I could, whatever it takes. --- THE END OF CHP 6 (AUTHOR NOTES BELOW) ...
