who am i talking to? click the screen or use arrow keys to see my process. i used a lot more references than i usually do, because i wanted it to look right. some of them were photos taken of myself (which meant i had to set up a timer on my laptop's camera, very quickly get into an awkward position in which i mimed hugging someone while crying, then go back to my laptop to see i had messed up the angle and had to do it again); other photos were from the internet (which meant i had to google ''person sitting, about to collapse onto the ground as they weep''). if you switch between the sketch and the lineart, you can find the moment where i decided to draw them closer together.
lyrics: ''untitled song i wrote years ago'' (unreleased; only available through jeeper's unlisted demo reel) by jeepersorsomething characters: pizza and hotdog from brawl of the objects (but i made them humans)
