Cascadia will have to be split in 2, one follows cascadian claims on wikipedia, the other being New Columbia, a rename of british columbia.. This is to obviously get the dixielanders to join the union, which will let us gain lands dixieland had claimed, this will be put in place once they join us, allowing the expansion of our union across the americas... To establish a federation of federations! A delegate of the commonwealth (either its president or otjer high ranking member) will be in the ultrasenate to allow decision making... An elected leader of the union named the 1st consul will be elected by the people, for the people.
