So for those who don’t know, Shayy is a Toby Fox speedrunner/youtuber who was cancelled last year due to extremely serious claims that I would get banned for even attempting to describe. But recently, they uploaded two response videos to these claims and stated that all of them were false. Now I’ll admit I didn’t watch the first one since in the nicest of terms, I am not in the mood to hear them for a long period of time. But since the second one was only 5 minutes, I decided to give it a watch (in incognito mode because I do NOT want this on my search history). So basically, they are taking the situation seriously and not just throwing it under the rug. They’re also planning on donating to charities which is genuinely good. However, I still feel like the allegations are likely more true than false. And even if I didn’t, I’m honestly really burnt out on this whole situation. So no I’m not supporting you Shayy. It’s pretty hard to win my trust after a 262 page doc with some of the most disgusting screenshots I’ve seen. Even if it’s somehow fake, I still won’t.
