The UCCS launches a mass swarm of "Truth Hunter" probes into space towards the 2 nearest star systems in an attempt to learn more about other intelligent species. They are equipped with advanced communication uplink systems. They will allow a dedicated team of analysts and ambassadors to make contact with anyone who successfully contacts the probes.
