Hello! :> As some of you might know, I’m writing a Rainbow Land comic (chapter 17, actually) for Halloween! I’m very excited to be sharing this with everyone. However, in my script, I have written 75 panels, and I’ve only given myself 10 days to finish. If anyone would like to help, please choose a panel and remix/draw it. It would be HUGE help. Thanks! Just make sure to comment on this project first so that I can confirm no one else is drawing that panel. I’ll be drawing the first 32 panels. Every other panel is free for the taking. Oh, and here’s the panels by the way: ( | means split up text bubble.) 1. Rainboy is typing on a laptop. 2. Vine peeks in behind Rainboy. 3. Vine: “What are you doing?” 4. Rainboy: “It’s a surprise!” 5. Same as panel 2. 6. Vine leaves and Rainboy smiles. 7. Reddy approaches setter. 8. Setter: “What do you want?” 9. Reddy: “It’s October, you know?” Setter: “Yeah?” 10. Reddy: “I thought that, maybe…” 11. Reddy: “We could find some way to celebrate halloween? 12. Setter: “Sure. We can set up decorations. | You can be a kidnapped person tied up by the front.” 13. Reddy: “I was thinking something more like–” 14. Setter: “We can’t celebrate halloween. We’re monsters.” 15. Reddy: “Can’t we though? | We could gather everyone and set up a trick-or-treat or something!” 16. Setter: “I’d rather not.” 17. Vine jumps down from the ceiling and lands on the table. 18. Vine: “I think Rainboy’s planning something.” 19. Setter: “Do you think it’s another monster?” Vine: “I don’t know…” 20. Vine: “…But keep your eyes out.” 21. Everyone is lounging in the lobby. 22. Rainboy comes in. 23. Rainboy waits. 24. Rainboy: “Well? Isn’t anyone excited to find out what my big surprise is?” 25. Reddy: “Not if it’s a new monster. | No one deserves this! No halloween!” 26. Rainboy: “About that…” 27. Rainboy: “I found a way to temporarily turn all of you into humans again for Halloween night!” 28. Reddy gets excited. 29. Setter: “I wouldn’t get your hopes up. This is Rainboy we’re talking to, after all.” 30. Rainboy: “Setter, my pessimal friend.” 31. Setter: “You mean pessimistic?” 32. Rainboy: “Stop being so pessimal! | All of us are gonna have a fun night tomorrow!” 33. Rachel: “Nah, I like being a monster.” 34. Zori: “How will you do it?” 35. Rainboy: “You’ll see…” 36. Everyone is tied up. Reddy: “How exactly will this work?” 37. Rainboy: “Don’t worry, Red! It won’t hurt a bit!” 38. Rainboy presses a button on the console. 39. Reddy’s restraints get tighter. 40. Rainboy: “Oops, wrong one.” 41. Rainboy pushes another button. 42. There’s a cloud of smoke. 43. The smoke clears, and it turns out everyone turned into young children. 44. Zori: “Did it work?” 45. Setter: “Great. What fun can we have now? | Kids never get to do anything.” 46. Reddy: “We’re kids?! What the heck?!” 47. Vine: “Did your machine not work?” 48. Rainboy: “No, you see, my children: | Now we can go trick-or-treating!” 49. Rainboy turns into a kid, but still has no hair. 50. Vine: “Could you at least put some hair on?” 51. Rainboy now has hair. 52. The crew is walking down a street at night. Reddy is scared. 53. Reddy: “An empty street at night is dangerous for kids!” 54. Setter: “Relax, coward. | Nothing will happen. 55. Vine rings a doorbell. 56. The door opens, and everyone says “trick or treat!” 57. Person at door: “Wow! There’s so many of you! | And what are you supposed to be?” 58. Rainboy is not in a costume. 59. Rainboy’s face begins to melt. 60. Person at door: “Take the candy, all of it. | Good night!” 61. Person at door slams door. 62. Rainboy laughs. 63. Reddy: “Why did you have to do that?” 64. Rainboy: “I did nothing. You can’t prove anything. | Let’s continue.” 65. Setter puts the candy into their bag. 66. Setter gives a handful of candy to Vine. Setter: “Here.” 67. The crew is back in Rainbow Land. Rainboy: “Ah, isn’t it great to be back at home?” 68. Zori: “What did you end up doing to the kid who captured you?” 69. Rainboy: “Huh? Oh, I tied her up. | She’s in the closet.” 70. Setter: “You know what would make this night better? | Turning her into a monster.” 71. Rachel: “Monster. Monster.” 72. Rachel and Setter: “Monster! Monster! Monster!” 73. Rainboy: “All right! All right!” 74. Rainboy opens an empty closet. 75. Rainboy: “She’s… gone…”
