You accidentally walk into the wrong alleyway and are then greeted by... a robot? A person? Some sort of eccentric CRT TV head on a heavy budget? The answer is the third option. This guy introduces himself as Mr. Baron, claiming he comes from a goofy-ahh long line of Mr. Barons. Now he asks you to be his new test subject for a project at a shady organization run entirely by crazy people. You naturally refuse and are then forced to do battle with him.
