Genysis/Yuuia- She was around 0-3 when her parents had an on and off relationship eventually leading to a divorce. She doesn't remember much of those times but from what has been said she knows her father was rather abusive. He would hit his children with switches (A parent traditionally makes a child cut or retrieve their own switch from outside. The implement is then lashed against the child's legs or rear, leaving welts or bruises) since that never really worked on her she just had her toys taken away. She also was locked in her room for hours just because of causing a 'mess' while trying to get food.Fast forward to second grade year she had switched to a new school and made friends but as the first half had ended she had to move again, not realizing that she was poor and couldn't afford an apartment anymore. Once she moved she met her soon to-be stepdad! He was nice for a while..until they got married and he got comfortable. He was raciest, sexist, and didn't know how to raise kids well. Genysis always saw the good in people, but once she was 14 she didn't see any good left. Her mother is only still married because if they divorce there's nowhere to go.(not necessarily her full lore but shhh) Arkai- Okay, so imma lay it straight in the roleplays I do Arkai is Floyd and Riddles(idk what the logic is but they're in the same time when Riddle and Floyd are students but uhhh yeah!) child along with Zeriphina and two others. Riddles mom once found out abt these kids and forced them to study or else Riddle would never be allowed back home or smth like that. So Arkai found a passion in studying while Zeriphina hated it and wanted to swim. Zeriphina is notably envious of Arkai being Riddles favorite child, but Arkai is special and doesn't notice this okay? So he tries to spend time with her and he LOVES chess omds he like would go-on to it/j so his version of love is playing chess with someone. He was very ignorant towards other ppls problems, so he didn't see how much Zeriphinas envy grew to anger. He didn't see until she k.lled herself..and how he covers up the trauma, *hint hint* is shown in the project I posted a while ago, is by pretending she didn't exist.(also don't ask how they had kids okay?) Enzo- His dad is Neji and his mom is someones OC I forgot her name TvT but ngl the mom is there for the money okay she hates all SIX of her kids except Prim and a little bit of Enzo(shes js mad he didnt presue fashion) Enzos sister shooot I forgot her name omds irjoi4jf but that's who their mother hates THE most. Leading to one of two of her overblots. and Prim almost overbloted aswell but that's another story but to summerize Enzo had to help two of his siblings through overblot so he is TWEAKING Ume- His parents often view him as not good enough and that his opinion is ALWAYS lesser and no one cares about him mainly because the only sibling to survive a massive attack while his parents were away. thus leading towards him being a MASSIVE perfectionist but also being too shy to speak up about anything Jay- Okay, once again the child of a ship (Jamil and Kalim) but theyve divorced... uhm lwk for some reason the person rping Kalim desided that they would hate Jay and abuse him for not being joyous so that's his lore also when Jamil found out that's when they divorced also his sister(Laura) overblotted bc only gold diggers wanted her and yh but its okay bc shes MARRIED to Sebek and had a kid(yes, the kid is my oc do I have a name, no. has she been my OC for months, yes.) so Jay FINALLY has rizz and picked up a RSA student with his rizz have I rped them meeting, no...(The RSA student is not mine and is based off the glass slipper.) Val- His life is interesting..? His parents were just never really there to support him in anything, so he never told them about his bullying...now this isn't your normal bullying he went to a private school so he got BEAT tf up and no one cared unless they were paid to care mind you this was all because he had long hair and liked certain things that a 'girl' would. He liked wearing makeup and I'm not talking a full face js like a little bit, he LOVED(still does) the color pink, he liked 'girl' tv shows, etc etc..one day the bulling got to the point where his parents HAD to care(he got put into a hospital)...mind u instead of switching schools..they got rid of EVERY thing he loved mind you he bought a lot of it himself they also cut his hair. Now he was still getting bullied so when he was 13 he decided it was better if he was gone...so he swallowed pills but it didn't work one more and it might've..this is when his parents snapped they didn't WANT to deal with him and put him in a mental hospital and put him up for adoption thankfully his adoptive parents love him for him!
Nix-when he was 4 his family died due to a blot attack of a family member while he hid. a fake version of styx took Nix against his will and tested on him causing him to have darker hair(light blue to dark blue) and worsened eye vision. Nix was never informed about his family's passing he had to slowly realize what happened.When he was 9 he was then rescued by the actual styx. He grew up there but never saw or meet Idia directly until he witnessed orthos tragic death.So since he was defenseless once again he decided to train every single day honing his magical ability. And when he looks in the mirror all he sees is someone who is shaped by a horrid brand and a weak loser, so this is why he finds comfort in certain shows like power ranges. he also overblots alone in one of his training sessions were he was pushing his limits and training all day and night. Viel-Viel was born a boy and wanted to be a boy. However his mother did not want a boy so she didn't have a boy.. at least in her head she didn't, so she switched viel's gender reveal results, named him Viellia, made sure NO one saw he was a boy even his father, made him wear girl clothes, and made him take vocal lessons to make his voice higher and more feminine. so uhhhh yeah! Nix was the only person that knew he was a boy, or more so that Viel wanted to be one, he didn't know that Viel was a boy until when Nix was giving his clothes to Viel that he found out Viel was a boy. Did Nix still have a crush on Viel after knowing Viel is a boy? Yes, did he still kiss Viel that night? Heeellllll yeah!(They were like twelve so, yes Styx sent Nix to public schooling to help him with social interaction. and yes, Viel lived on the island of the woe.) Sadly Viel had to move schools thus having Viel leave his only friend(His mom moved from the island) . Although Viels story doesn't end there. His mother tears off his wings, yes tears. because its "not pretty enough for a young lady." but, all that is changed when Viel gets attacked by a swarm of ravens that remembered his face after he threw a rock at one by accident. Now you may be wondering "How did that change him being pretty, hello?" well it left scars on his face. and his mom was then horrified of him saying he was "too ugly to even look at" and bro lemme tell you she was pissed when he got an invention to NRC an all boys school all because she couldn't change his sex btw and she had forgotten he was a boy too bruh TvT
