Basically, Abby’s mom is sick with some condition—I’m not sure exactly what it is—but all I know is that she has it. Ever since she went to play this “game,” her health has gotten worse, with nausea and vomiting (which bowling balls definitely don’t cause). In the comic, Abby is scrolling on her phone when a text from her dad pops up saying, “You need to come home. It’s getting worse.” She’s shocked for a moment, then breaks down in tears, because her mom is all she has, apart from her best friend, Brielle
