This is a proposal by the provisional government of Auvued to Acamar's government. It proposes a trans national union between the two that would help with trade and movement between the two nations whilst retaining their independence. The union would allow free movement between the member nations for civillians and potentially military assets, have trade incentives for trade between members and have at least some shared laws on trade at least between union members.
