movie star bluffer: Renhu he got rep because he's famous but he's not a good fighter. inspo was johnny cage and Mr satan haven't made a DBZ OC in a min so lemme know how I did. POWERS: not just some reg dude though, even though he isn't trained he has a technique called starlight. the way it works is basically during battle if he performs a stunt and survives it his stats will increase tenfold and make him immune to that thing nd things of similar capacities to that stunt. the power increase depends on how wild the stunt is like taking a shot in the foot compared to jumping off a cliff. for it to increase he has to know the odds of survival are low he can't just tank a punch and be immune to punches. also has basic understanding of ki so flight and smaller blast
DBZ OC creator cuz I used the OC base from it his hair was a mix of Goku ssj5 and zamasu cuz I'm lazy nd didnt one make one from scratch
