Basically, all West Poland wants is a "Hong Kong" in Korea. To house its new Pacific fleet, and engage with Asian markets. >Wando will be leased to West Poland for 300 years. With Japan getting 20% of profits made in it, and Korea getting 7%. >Humans within Wando will be given rights not to be harvested or enslaved. >Japan has full rights to the port just as West Poland. (Territory so small, don't even bother updating it to the map. And technically, it is Japanese territory, but leased to West Poland for 3 centuries.)
