After reports of an alarming observation from the Auroran space telescope FAROS, the Aquillian space telescope COST aimed its primary mirror at the target. Contact appears to have ion propulsion and possibly intentions of entering the system. It is confirmed to be armed with some sort of jamming and laser-like system. It is assigned the provisional designation "Milkcow".
