This is a very useful tool for GDI malware projects. You can change the quality at will. Keep in mind that lower numbers means a higher resolution but laggier, while higher numbers means a lower resolution but smoother. You can also improve the frame rate with Turbowarp: https://www.turbowarp.org/1393814029 I found my sweet spot between resolution and frame rate to be 4 on Scratch and 2 on Turbowarp.
