Principle: The Dimensional Wave Motion Engine generates energy without requiring external replenishment by drawing power from the vacuum of space. It functions by applying a special solution of the Buchinsky wave motion equation to expand compact extra dimensions —specifically, Calabi-Yau manifolds— curled-up spaces with diameters of one Planck length. Wave motion energy manifests as a vibration on the manifold's membrane. As the extra-dimensional space is unfolded, it disrupts the fabric of the universe and initiate the formation of another universe. The process generates a supergravity wave, which in turn causes the new universe to collapse into micro black holes. These micro black holes are short-lived and undergo Hawking radiation, a process through which they evaporate and release energy radiant energy. The radiation is converted into usable power. How it works: To activate the wave motion engine, it needs to be provided with antimatter. Additionally, the engine must be equipped with a wave motion core, a necessary device for the expansion of the extra dimensions which also serves as a data bank. The Calabi-Yau manifolds are expanded within the reactor core, and energy is generated inside the wave motion core as the extra dimensions expand and contract. The core is inserted into the startup unit cylinder, which serves as the connection switch between the core and the engine’s primary systems. This cylinder is integrated into the wave motion core conduit bay, which also contains a plasma-emitting electrode. Once activated, the engine increases its internal pressure to build up energy. A quantum flywheel is connected to the startup cylinder and, when the engine is shut down, it stores dimensional momentum, and the power condenser is charged for later use. How does FTL happen: The wave motion engine enables faster-than-light travel by creating a wormhole in front of the ship it's equipped on. The engine also envelops the vessel in a wave motion shield, which manipulates space to move at faster-than-light speeds as it enters the wormhole. While passing through subspace, only the spacetime bubble moves at FTL speed while the ship remains immobile, thus not violating the theory of general relativity. The principles behind the wave motion engine are based on the M-theory of modern physics.
Thanks to the Space Battleship Yamato wiki for explaining this better than I ever could. If your mad I used the wiki, my argument is: If it explains it, it explains it.
