:O Sabi. Created by Dr Gero using Goku's blood and enhancing it, is a bio-engineered saiyan who Gero made in case the Androids 17 and 18 were to betray Gero. During the Android saga, he hadn't had Super Saiyan yet but his overall base power is enough to be a formidable foe against a Grade 1 Super Saiyan but not strong enough to beat one. After learning about Cell and sensing his strong power when he absorbed 17, he realized that things are gonna get worse if he doesn't stop Cell from reaching his Perfect Form.
