- Intro Hey Im Heri! I've technically been in the studio for over a year chatting off and on though I did start regularly coming around for about 4 months! My time zone is CDT and I'm 17 - Why would you like to become a manager for DBD? I believe leadership roles to be a strong suit of mine and I would like to create dbd a safer and welcoming place for everybody! -What do you believe being a manager would involve? I believe being a manager would involve making sure everyone follows the rules, helping users when they have questions or concerns, and solving conflics when they surface - Why do you think you’d be a good manager? I’m willing to help others, follow the rules, and treat everyone fairly. I can stay calm and respectful in difficult situations, listen to different perspectives, and make responsible decisions. I would take the role seriously and work hard to help make DBD a positive and welcoming community for everyone! - are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have in a manager position? I may sometimes overthink decisions sometimes though I would work on this by staying calm and asking for advice from other staff members when needed! I'm willing to learn and improve :) - Do you have any ideas for improving the studio? If so, state them. Yes! I think we could encourage people to reply to others more often to make everyone feel included. We could have events or activities to give people more reasons to participate. I also think keeping the rules clear and listening to members suggestions would help make the studio better! - preferably on a scale from 1–10, what is your availability and activity level? I'd say around an 8/10. I'm online fairly often and would do my best to check in regularly and im quite involved with the studio! BUT being a senior I do have other responsibilities so I can't guarantee that I'll ALWAYS be available. I'd still try my best to be reliable! - Optionally, include any experience you have had with managing or similar roles. Ive managed multiple other studios and some servers offsite!
