TW!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Hi guys! Today i’m gonna be talking about something very important. In our school systems, children’s language is very monitored. Everything we say is being watched. This is not a problem. The problem is when adults expect levels of maturity from children that is unrealistic. When a child is overwhelmed with emotion, they tend to say something drastic. Especially in cases like mine, where a child had Autism. And what’s the most drastic thing a kid can think of? De@th. So, when a kid is angry “I’m gonna k!ll …” is almost always NOT an actual threat. Sadly, children are consistently being put in JAIL and MENTAL INSTITUTIONS for this! I say this as an autistic preteen who has been expelled from school TWICE for this. So, the message is: STOP OVERREACTING! KIDS ARE KIDS!
