Apparently Google thinks cesium is edible now. (WARNING: Please don't eat cesium! It is one of the most reactive alkali metals!*) *but cesium chloride can be used as a perfectly edible(?) salt substitute. I just wouldn't recommend doing that, because I really am not sure exactly how edible it is.
