It's the main resource of identification inside territory of Sovska, and all citizens older than 16 are required to carry it with themselves when outside. It's cost is 2500SDN ($23), and it's issued by local police station, being valid for next 10 years. It may be used for traveling in countries of ex-Sovoslavia zone (Tryznia, Karatay, West Sklavos) and countries that Sovska have high bilateral relations.
