Set the options and press space to make some static. Use turbo mode!
Credit to sauhaardac for the original. All I did was make it a bit faster and add some customization. Even with turbo mode, detail level 10 will probably take at the most time to finish (3 minutes and 10 seconds on a slow computer, 45 seconds on a fast computer). So if you're really desperate for some high-quality static... I guess you're set. Sometimes, for whatever reason, the first 2 lines of static will be exactly the same.
