He can turn people into roadrunners if a magical hunter tool attacks or touches them, similarly to Mr. Pigeon 72. He can also summon a hidden proton pack and use it to take away already transformed Roadrunners, similarly to Kwamibuster and one of my akumatzized villains Shape Stealer.
