Do not use the fill bucket for most of the project, if you need to use it for parts of it, do so. Not my best work. As usual, I might come in later and fix this mess. I'm not sure, haha. There are certainly some far better artists that have coloured this as well. xD I might also add some other animations and such. I wasn't sure what to do with the background either, considering the sizes of everything. Augh.
