I am completely addicted to Pusheen, so this is my Scratch Cat design! Hope you like it! This drawing was completely drawn in bitmap mode, so it was kinda hard. Credit to @sillystrawberry for this wonderful contest. 1/15/17 I added a "meow"! and a whirl effect! 1/30/17 yay! pusheen cursor!
