Older elementary students can create their own interactive recorder fingering chart. Though there are websites that already do this, it will mean more to your students if they are able to create their own. They will experience ownership over their knowledge of how to finger and perform the notes on a recorder.
I performed a google image search for a blank recorder fingering chart and found a transparent one at http://www.bethsnotesplus.com/2011/11/recorder-fingerings.html. Thank you Beth! I used this image as the background image. I duplicated it three times and filled in the fingerings for B, A, and G. I then created separate scripts for the note names, B, A, and G. I then coded them so that the fingerings appear and the notes sound when you click the note names. I did this so that I could see if the elementary students could code this as well.
