This is the Unfinished Skull Boss.You Deal Damage to it by smashing the jewl on it's forehead.This project also comes with some NPC's and items for the area it is at,witch is the plane of the unfinished.It's a place where all of the unfinished Scribbles go when they are forgotten or given up on or something.The other NPC in it is the watcher of the area.He gives Quests and a shop with unfinished items in it.
