Silent but Deadly was inspired by the saying "Silent but deadly is the definition of a ninja." A fart is also silent but deadly. So put them together and you get a ninja fart... or a fart ninja, whatever rings your bell, or cuts your cheese ;). The name "Gasu" comes from what I think "gas" is in a Japanese accent, because, ninjas are Japanese. This was all made by Otaku.
