~This is Elwin, my new OC! ~She is the protagonist of my up-coming book, Warriors of the Plague. ~Her backstory is: Elwin lived in Brodroth, a city in Irth. Irth is inhabited with men, elves, dwarves, dark elves, dragons etc. She is an orphan and is looked after by her 'aunt'. She is hopeless with a bow but brilliant with a sword. One day she got attacked in a forest by a wild boar, and she skillfully killed it. The swordsmaster of Brodroth witnessed this, and chose her to be his apprentice, however she has to pretend to be a boy as girls are not permitted to fight. When a terrible plague shakes Irth, she travels to the Dwarves of Godioh's kingdom along with other fine warriors selected to control the plague. The Dwarves tell her to go and find some special medicines from far parts of Irth. She discovers it's not a natural plague, but one created by the Dark elves. But why? She must find out. So she and her Elven friend, Halfar set out on a journey of self discovery to defeat them and learn their dark secret. ~I will post some of my writing on scratch soon!
