Instructions are explained in the game. Press the "m" key to mute all sounds. Press the "p" key to turn the sound back on.
I used the Glacier Race instructions in the book "Coding Games in Scratch" to make the game. The only revisions I made are the dialogue that the penguin says at the beginning and when there's a tie or someone wins.
