ENGLISH (Engels): How to make a toilet roll sound like a real drum? Use a Makey Makey in combination with Scratch! Please, click on the three photo's in this project! Then you will see my drums and drumsticks for Makey Makey. The drumsticks are on the right. In these there is an electrical wire that I connect to the earth of the Makey Makey. The drums are each connected to one of the keyboard inputs of the Makey Makey (see the code that belongs to Scratch cat in this project). If one of the drumsticks touches one of the drums, the electric circuit closes and the Makey Makey sends a specific keyboard input signal to the Scratch project. Then you will hear an electrical drum sound. When this project is used with an Makey Makey, the flowers will start to "dance" when the biggest drum is hit. (Pressing the down arrow key has the same effect ;-) The keys on the screen show you how to connect a Makey Makey and tell you which keys you need to press on your keyboard to make music with the drums.
