Ello everyone! KH16 here. Before I talk about this project, let me just give my thoughts and opinions on Over the Garden Wall. This was honestly one of the best cartoons I've ever watched in my life. Even though it was only 10 episodes, this show was brilliant. Whatever its goal was, it surpassed it. It didn't give any other unnecessary continuation unlike other cartoons on Cartoon Network. The story was short, simple, sweet, and straight to the point, which is pretty impressive for something on CN. I also love the creepy, mysterious vibe of this show. Every time I watch it, I really do feel like I'm in the woods wandering into the unknown. The characters were created perfectly. I liked how Greg and Wirt were total opposites, with Greg being the childish, positive child and Wirt being the responsible, worrysome adult. It really goes to show how different childhood and adulthood can be. I really hope in the future, Cartoon Network will create more cartoons like this. Even after Over the Garden Wall being out for almost 4 years, it still holds a special piece in my childhood. Into the Unknown was the PERFECT song to represent this series. In the beginning of the song, it has a creepy vibe, but at the end, it more relaxing and free, which represents this cartoon so beautifully. Well, hope you enjoy, m8s.
