Click and drag on any line intersection to move it. It takes a second to detect your mouse pointer, so be a little patient. I have to have the two lists shown in the top left corner or else it doesn't work. I don't know why; can someone please explain? There is unfortunately no editing of the boxes, just sizing of the grid. 100% PEN
Basically it makes a grid that you can edit. I was actually surprised it worked, but when I looked back at it, it made sense. I will make it so that you can actually edit the grid, but not right now. Credit to Microsoft because I was using Excel and thought "why don't I try to make something similar to excel in Scratch?" So yeah
