upon starting the program, it will ask what text you want to encode. your answer will be encoded by the program into a 2 digit base 10 code for each number. clicking the black button will load the text, which has been encoded into numbers.
this is a proof of concept, and is not useful in any way by itself. However, it has many purposes, almost all of them not being communications systems. There is one problem with the encoder, however. For some reason, the = block doesn't recognize the difference between uppercase and lowercase letters.
