I've had food allergies all my life and have gone to the hospital for anaphylaxis twice. I'm allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and sunflower seeds (OMG SUNFLOWER IS IN EVERYTHING AGH), but I'm going through OIT and I can have almonds, pine nuts (ew), and most cow milk products in moderation. http://www.socalfoodallergy.org/
